KALX is the radio station of the University of California, Berkeley. It is operated by community members and students and is the best place to have fun in broadcast audio, it’s also one of the best stations in the world if you are a fan of the ‘left’ end of the dial.
From spinning records on air, to working in the 100,000 volume music library to producing material for radio there’s lots to do in the station.
KMUN is the community radio station in Astoria Oregon and since moving to Astoria in 2023 I have joined the station, gotten a music show in a prime daytime time-slot and in 2024 was awarded DJ of the year!
