Cedar Shield
  Size: Concert
Number of Strings: 4

This is a four string concert size ukulele with a body made of Hawaiian grown Cuban Mahogany and topped with a Western Red Cedar soundboard. Inlaid at the lower edge of the soundboard is a maple shield. The maple inlay is again echoed on the fretmarkers.
A red striped maple rosette surrounds the soundhole and a simple mahogany binding surrounds the instrument. The neck is attached with an electric style neck attachment pocket method. With this system the tail of the fingerboard is actually suspended about .050” over the soundboard thus freeing up more soundboard to move.
As usual the back of the ukulele is well arched as well as made out of one wide piece of this beautiful and rare Cuban Mahogany. The instruments finish is glossy and silky smooth. Great set – up action, accurate intonation and a nice warm cedar sound.
Overall length is approx 23 1/2” and weight is approx. 16 ½ ozs.
Price is $750 with a case included.
